The upgraded version has a more powerful spring that delivers a velocity of 370 to 380 fps! It features an M120 spring! It has a quiet high-speed, hi-torque EG1000 motor that delivers excellent performance. The M16A2 features a newly designed ribbed forearm for a more secure grip. The hop-up adjuster is accessible by pulling back on the charging handle, which pops open the dust cover to show the hop-up wheel. As an upgrade to the M16-A1, the A2 boasts a more tailored grip and forearm. The A2 boasts a slew of metal parts (more than the A1), including barrel assembly w/front sight, rear sight, magazine, trigger, bolt flap, magazine release button, T charging handle and firing selector.
