DAW's Policies, Information, and Various Legal Stuff
Rule #1 - If you are NOT 18 years of age, you may not buy.
WHY you ask? - Because that's the law - Period!
That's not FAIR you say? - Bummer. Nothing DAW can do about it other that suggesting you get mom or dad (meaning a LEGAL guardian, not your friends older brother) to purchase something for you.
DAW Shipping Policy
OK, here's the good news! We ship the majority (as in almost all) of orders out the same day in an effort to get you armed and able to defend yourself ASAP. Now, if you are placing an order after 3:00 pm PST, there's a good chance it will not go out until the NEXT day.
State law prohibits DAW from shipping Airsoft guns to New York City (including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, or any address with zip codes 100xx – 104xx, 110xx, 112xx – 114xx, 116xx), New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Washington DC.
DAW cannot ship to Canada!
If you need your package like yesterday, simply select a different shipping option (DUH!), otherwise you will be calling us and wanting us to hurry your package up that left 2 - 3 days ago. Not going to happen.

DAW Return Policy
We are not here to rip you off, but at the same time, we won’t let ourselves be punked out…
If an item is damaged in shipping, it should be replaced. If you receive a defective item, it should be replaced. If you buy a gun, shoot it with your friend for a weekend and decide you like his gun better, you are on your own. Common sense stuff – so here are the rules: (Read ALL the rules because they ALL apply):
1. Within 30 days of purchase, we will refund any purchase that is returned in a New and Unopened condition.
2. With in 30 days of purchase, we will replace any defective items that are returned with the original packaging. (Even if it is defective, WE can’t get refunded from the manufacturer unless WE have the original packaging… you do your part, we’ll do ours.)
3. If your item is damaged in shipping, you MUST:
a. Notify us within 3 (as in 2 + 1) days of receipt.
b. SAVE THE SHIPPING BOX so we can file a claim against UPS or FedEx… If you don’t save the squashed box with the boot-print on it, WE can’t file our claim. If we can file our claim, our manufacturers won’t give US a refund. If we can’t get OUR refund, it is only fair that you don’t get yours.
c. Return the damaged item and the damaged shipping box to us within 30 days.
4. We won’t accept ANY returns without an RMA number. What the heck does that mean? It means that you have to email us at support@DiscountArisoftWarehouse.comand explain the problem before you send anything back to us… at that point, we give you a secret number that you write on the box before you send it back to us, and THEN we replace the item in question.
5. We will NEVER accept an item for return, refund, or replacement if it has been altered or modified in any way. This means that you can NOT open up the gear box and try to modify it, ruin it, and then send it back to us to be replaced. It didn’t work for us when we tried it, it won’t work for you either.
6. We do not refund any shipping charges. You are on your own for the shipping charges. You pay all shipping charges. We don’t pay shipping. Are we clear?
7. Any time you return an item, be sure to clearly put your RMA number, name, and phone number inside the box where we will find it.
