-Airsoft Gas Pistols-

Most of the Gas guns you will find on the market are pistols.  One of the appeals of this type of Airsoft product is that the Gas-Blowback pistols have very realistic firing actions.  In a real semi-automatic pistol, each time a round is fired the expanding gasses in the chamber not only propel the bullet down the barrel, but also force the slide or “action” of the gun back and forth to chamber the next round.  This realistic look and feel of these Gas Blowback Airsoft Pistols come as close to the real thing as can be imagined.  This realism results, in my opinion, in a much higher fun quotient than the less flashy spring style guns.

Some “experts” don’t recommend these gas operated blow-back airsoft pistols for new or first time Airsofters, but I disagree!  If the whole point is to have fun, why spend money on a less-fun gun?  Aside from the high quality spring style sniper rifles, most spring airsoft pistols are under powered and unless you are firing from a distance or just target shooting, it can be even less fun to be in a group of airsoft enthusiasts when you are the only one with a single-shot weapon!!!
